As a result, next year it has to be constructed again.\n4.2.\nIn 1990 an exhibition of ice art was organised in a big igloo built near Jukkasjärvi. One night\nthere were no free rooms in hotels in town, and some visitors asked for permission to spend\nthe night in the exhibition hall. They slept in their sleeping bags on top of reindeer skins.\nThat’s when the organisers thought that a hotel made of ice could be built in the area.\n4.3.\nIn order to make sure there is enough ice, 5,000 tons of ice are taken from the Torne River\nin winter. Then, the ice blocks are transported to a giant building in Jukkasjärvi, in which\nthe temperature is -5°C all year round. The ice is kept there until the building process starts.\nPoziom podstawowy\nMJA_1P\n4.4.\nIn November over a hundred people, half of them artists, the other half professional builders,\ncome to the region to construct the beautiful structure. They’re all determined and spend days\nand nights trying to finish the hotel in six weeks.\n4.5.\nThere are 65 rooms, singles and doubles, of different standards. Some guests choose luxurious\nsuites such as a deluxe room called ‘Song of Lotus’, which includes a sauna and a relaxation\narea but there are also cheaper rooms where tourists sleep on ice beds with reindeer skins on\nthem.\n4.6.\nThe temperature may differ from room to room, but it is usually lower than -5°C! That is why\nguests are advised to use their own thermal sleeping bags and wear gloves and winter hats\nat night. There is no kettle in the room, but if you have a thermos flask, you can get hot tea for\nfree.\n4.7.\nThe structure is the most ecological building you could ever imagine. It welcomes guests all\nwinter and when temperatures rise, it simply melts into one giant puddle. Many different steps\nwere also taken to limit the negative impact of the hotel on the beautiful natural surroundings,\nfor example some energy-conservation and water-saving schemes were introduced.\nadapted from www.dogonews.com\nPRZENIEŚ ROZWIĄZANIA NA KARTĘ ODPOWIEDZI!\nPoziom podstawowy\nMJA_1P","answer":null,"answer_text":"4. błędy zapisu\nortografia\nlinia prosta podkreślająca\nbłędny wyraz\nort.","solution":null,"image":"img/jezyk-angielski-2016-maj-matura-stara-podstawowa/zad-4.webp","solution_image":null,"topics":null,"page_from":4,"source":"ocr","answer_source":null,"answer_text_source":"ocr","solution_source":null,"text_source":"ocr","source_label":"Język angielski · Matura · maj 2016 (podstawowa)","subject_label":"Język angielski","category_label":"Matura","text_html":"<p>Zadanie 4.
