There were no roads to the cottage, just a long footpath\naround the lake. They knew the kids would not manage to walk that far, so they decided to hire\na boat and get to their destination by crossing the lake. They arrived safely and made themselves\nat home.\nFor a few days everything was perfect, but then disaster happened. “One morning, our daughter\nwoke us up and said there was water around the house. It turned out that the area was flooded\nand our boat was gone,” the Cluetts later told a newspaper reporter.\nThe family wanted to get back to their car, but the footpath was underwater and walking along\nthe railway track which ran nearby was too dangerous. They had no idea how to get to their car\non the other side of the lake. In the end, the Cluetts thought that the only option was to phone\nthe police and ask them for help. And the police came up with an unbelievable solution. They\narranged for the next train on the railway line near their cottage to make an unscheduled stop.\nThe family quickly packed up their belongings and made their way to the railway line. “We left\nthe cottage at the same time as the train was coming around the bend. The train was getting\ncloser and closer so we started running as fast as we could,” the Cluetts said. The amazing thing\nwas that it wasn’t just any train. It was the Harry Potter Hogwarts Express which travels up and\ndown that line. “When the kids saw the train coming, all the worry left their faces and was\nreplaced with happiness and excitement,” Mr Cluett explained.\nThe family were dropped off at the next stop, at Lochailort, from where the Cluetts were able\nto get to their car. “It was a real adventure.
