THE MARRIAGE PROPOSAL
I was going to ask Anne, my girlfriend, to marry me, so I invited her to the restaurant where
we’d had our first date. I wore a suit and brought a huge bouquet of flowers with me.
She was supposed to meet me at 7 p.m. so I got there a little early. 7.1. It was located
